Six-week kids' yoga program for ages 5 to 8, focusing on movement, mindfulness, and fun! Each session includes playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Through storytelling, music, and games, children will explore body awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence in a supportive and engaging environment. Perfect for fostering a love of movement and self-care! *This program runs on Sundays from 3pm to 4pm from March 30th to May 11th *no class on Easter Sunday
